Negotiation Skills

This programme is designed to develop your ability to find common ground and reach an agreement, in complex and disruptive situations in the fastest possible time by using various methods and techniques through priority classification and compromise.

On completion of the full Negotiation Skills curriculum, you are eligible to be awarded fifteen (15) Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points, from the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
