1. Introduction to Disruptive Leadership

An introduction to the Disruptive Leadership programme, which incorporates Lumina Spark, an individualized psychometric profile that provides you with a colourful framework for better self-understanding and helps individuals identify how to improve their working relationships.

2. Building Your Leadership Identity
This programme is designed to develop your ability to identify, understand and manage your emotional framework through self-awareness, regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. It will also introduce you to ethical leadership traits and behaviours and how authentic leadership impacts ethical decision-making.
3. Developing Key Leadership Skills
This programme is designed to develop your key leadership skills needed to generate ideas to solve a complex problem, produce something new and/or improve an existing idea. These skills are also critical in learning how to use data to solve complex problems.
4. Leading Collaborative Teams
This programme is designed to develop your ability to lead collaborative teams. It focuses on building cross-functional teams in complex situations to achieve a common goal that results in strategy execution that solves complex problems with speed and agility.
